We are a short-let property management company. We help property owners in Lagos list on Airbnb and Booking.com and manage everything that comes after.
Who we are
Deseret Facility Management Ltd is registered in Nigeria (RC No: 9461286) and operates out of Ikeja, Lagos. We manage short-let properties for property owners who want to earn from their asset without dealing with bookings, guests, or the day-to-day themselves.
We list properties on Airbnb and Booking.com, handle all guest communication from inquiry to checkout, and check in on the property every quarter. Owners get a monthly earnings report and can log in to DeseretOS at any time to see their bookings and payments.
What we do not do
We are not a facility management company. We do not handle repairs, cleaning, security, or any of the physical on-site costs. Those stay with the property owner. We are clear about this from the start because we think it leads to better working relationships.
Where we operate
